Momentum 9 is more than a program – it’s a personalised pathway to feeling confident in your body and in the Club.

As part of the program, you’ll receive twice-weekly one-to-one sessions with our allied health professionals. These sessions are tailored to your needs and designed to:

  • Build strength, balance and movement skills at your own pace
  • Support your physical and psychological confidence
  • Help you overcome barriers like fear, injury, or uncertainty
  • Prepare you to join group classes and wider Club activities with ease

It’s ideal if you’re returning to movement after a break, managing a health concern, or simply want extra guidance to get started.

We meet you where you’re at – and help you move forward, step by step.

Momentum 9 sessions aren’t led by just any trainer. They’re delivered by qualified health professionals who bring energy, encouragement, and a deep understanding of how to support your body through change.

Monday social club

Momentum 9 sessions take place in our purpose-built gym – a space designed specifically for over-50s who want to move with confidence and ease.

We use Biocircuit® technology alongside a range of other supportive equipment to create a program that’s tailored to your body and your goals. Each workout is guided by health professionals and built around your ability, helping you strengthen safely and build momentum over time.

And once you’re done? Head to the Club Lounge for a well-earned break. Enjoy a cuppa, a light snack, and a chat with fellow members in a relaxed setting designed for connection and comfort.

Because wellbeing isn’t just physical — it’s social, too.

Do I need a membership for the Momentum 9 program?

Yes. the momentum 9 program is a membership. With this membership you also get access to our full gym, classes and club lounge. Before you get started, you’ll also need to complete a Wellness Assessment with one of our qualified team members. This ensures your program is safe, effective, and tailored just for you – so you can get the most out of every session.

How do I purchase a momentum 9 membership?

Every Monday Club member gets access to the mywellness app, your personal wellbeing companion. From your phone or tablet, you can easily book classes, check the timetable, sign up for events, and stay updated with club news – anytime, anywhere.

But it’s more than just a booking tool. The app also stores your personalised exercise plans, tracks your progress, and keeps a record of your health history, so you and your support team can see how far you’ve come.
