Joining Monday Club is simple, and built around your needs. We welcome people aged 50 and over who want to move well, feel connected, and live with confidence.
Most members pay privately for the flexibility and premium service we offer, but we also support clients using funded programs, with all the right compliance in place.
If you’re signing up for regular classes, you’ll start with a personalised Joining Assessment, followed by progress check-ins at 3 months and every 6 months. Prefer to try things out first? A 10-class pass is available with no formal assessment required.

Everything you need, in one app.
Gym Members get access to the MyWellness app – your personal wellbeing companion. From your phone or tablet, you can book classes, check timetables, sign up for events, and track your workouts. It also stores your personalised exercise plans, progress, and health history, so you and your support team can see how far you’ve come.
Social Members are connected through the Circle app – a warm, digital community space where you can chat with others, join interest groups, keep up with club news, and take part in online events and check-ins.
Both apps are simple to use, tailored to you, and designed to keep you moving, connected, and confident – in the gym, at home, and everywhere in between.
