With just 30 minutes, you’ll enjoy a full-body, age-appropriate workout that helps you stay strong, independent, and full of energy. Whether you’re getting back into exercise or want to maintain your edge, Biocircuit makes it easier to give it a go – and keep going.

The Gym
Fully equipped with Biocircuit®, our gym is tailored for your body and goals. With expert guidance and low-impact classes, it’s all about building strength, balance, and confidence – at your own pace.
The Club Lounge
After your workout, or instead of one, the Social Lounge is where friendships flourish. Grab a cuppa, read the paper, or just enjoy a yarn with fellow members. This relaxed, open space is designed for connection, laughter, and a bit of downtime. It’s your home away from home – no bookings required.

Questions and answers
Do I need a membership to use the Biocircuit?
Yes. All Biocircuit sessions and classes are part of our gym membership. Before you get started, you’ll also need to complete a Wellness Assessment with one of our qualified team members. This ensures your program is safe, effective, and tailored just for you – so you can get the most out of every session.
Do I need to pre-book in for a biocircuit class?
To make sure there’s a spot for everyone – and to give our trainers the time to support you properly – we ask all members to pre-book their Biocircuit classes through the Technogym App. Booking ahead helps us keep sessions smooth, personalised, and stress free. Plus, you’ll be able to track your sessions and progress over time.
Does fitness level matter for biocircuit?
Not at all. Biocircuit is designed to work for every fitness level – whether you’re just starting out, returning after a break, or already active. Your program is personalised based on your assessment, and the machines adjust automatically to match your ability.
Everything you need, in one app.
Every Monday Club member gets access to the mywellness app, your personal wellbeing companion. From your phone or tablet, you can easily book classes, check the timetable, sign up for events, and stay updated with club news – anytime, anywhere.
But it’s more than just a booking tool. The app also stores your personalised exercise plans, tracks your progress, and keeps a record of your health history, so you and your support team can see how far you’ve come.
